Scope &Application.

From human functional understanding to the architecture of complex initiatives.

INICIADORA™ extends the application of human functional analysis into strategic thinking, decision architecture, project development and the organisation of complex undertakings.

01 · Areas of application

Areas of application.

The work considers both the internal organisation of the individual and the external systems through which their intentions are translated into action.

Where the resulting understanding is applied.

The areas of application describe where the understanding is applied. They complement the analytical categories of Functional Architecture, which remain the framework’s means of organising the analysis.

02 · Applied scope

Individual organisation and the capacity to realise objectives.

The framework examines how individual cognitive, affective, physiological and behavioural organisation interacts with the capacities required to conceive, structure, direct and execute ambitious objectives.

Fig. 04.2 · Interactions examinedIndividual organisation ↔ required capacities

Its applied scope includes

  1. 01Personal functional development
  2. 02Strategic reorientation
  3. 03Entrepreneurial initiatives
  4. 04Organisational design
  5. 05Creative and intellectual projects
  6. 06The development of structures intended to generate measurable, long-term value
03 · Terms

Applied, tangible, execution.

Within INICIADORA™, these terms refer to individual functioning and also to the conception, development and realisation of external structures: projects, enterprises, strategic initiatives, intellectual assets, operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Applied
The use of functional understanding in individual functioning and in the conception and development of projects, enterprises and strategic initiatives.
Tangible
Observable change in behaviour and decision-making, and the external structures it produces: intellectual assets, operational systems, organisations and measurable outcomes.
Execution
The sustained translation of decisions into action, in individual conduct and in the realisation of external structures.
04 · Who the work is designed for

Autonomy, complexity and sustained execution.

INICIADORA™ is developed for individuals operating, or preparing to operate, in environments requiring substantial autonomy, complex decision-making, intellectual flexibility and sustained execution.

This includes

  1. 01Founders
  2. 02Entrepreneurs
  3. 03Executives
  4. 04Independent professionals
  5. 05Creators
  6. 06Individuals undertaking ambitious personal, commercial or institutional projects

The audience is defined by

  1. aThe complexity of its objectives
  2. bAutonomy
  3. cIntellectual capacity
  4. dResponsibility
  5. eWillingness to engage in structured work

The objective is to connect functional understanding with strategic capacity, structural coherence and tangible realisation.

From the organisation of the individual to the architecture of what they create.

Proposed fields of application.

Proposed application

Strategic Architecture and Material & Systemic Realisation are proposed fields of application of the proprietary framework. They build on its analytical constructs and remain distinct from the established scientific concepts described in The Blueprint. Like the methodology as a whole, their application is intended for continued refinement through systematic observation, critical evaluation and research.

One methodology, one point of entry.

Work in each area of application follows the applied methodology described in The Architecture and begins with an application.
